What the map does
Pins use the same status colors as the rest of the app, so the map and your list always tell you the same thing.
New, working, appointment set, submitted: every pin shows where that person actually stands. Your custom statuses come along too.
Busy areas collapse into a count that sits above the pins, so you can tell a heavy block from a light one without zooming in.
Tap a pin and you get the whole card: phone, notes, the original lead PDF. Call, text, book an appointment or open the full record right from there.
Pick the doors you want to work and the optimizer puts them in order, starting from wherever you are instead of the top of the list.
One tap sends you to Apple Maps or Waze, and it remembers which one you like. AgentDeck plans the day; your navigator handles the driving.
Outcomes stick to the pin, so a door you worked yesterday still looks worked today. Your team sees it too.
