AgentDeck holds the names, addresses, health answers and beneficiaries of real families. That's not ordinary business data, and we don't treat it like it is. Here's exactly how it's protected, in terms you can go check for yourself.
What we promise you
Everything below is how the platform works today. None of it is a roadmap.
Your leads and clients are tied to your workspace on every read and every write. No other agency can reach your book, and there's no shared pool your records feed into.
We don't sell your records, rent them, or use them to build something for anyone else. The only outside services involved are the ones it takes to run the platform, and we name them in writing.
Uplines see what the sharing rules actually grant them, not everything by default. Health details stay with the agent who owns the file unless that file is shared on purpose.
Sign in with Face ID or Touch ID. A fake login page can't steal a passkey, because it only works on the real AgentDeck address. You can use an authenticator app or email codes instead.
When an account gets suspended, transferred or deleted, we record who did it and when. Nobody goes through your workspace quietly.
Export your whole workspace whenever you want, and for 30 days after you close the account. Leaving shouldn't require a phone call.
Practices
HTTPS everywhere, and the database and uploads are encrypted on disk. Private documents are only served to someone signed in, never from a public link.
Sessions time out when they sit idle, and signing out ends them everywhere. Changing your password signs out your other devices, which is deliberate.
Backups run automatically, copies go off-site, and we watch to make sure they're current. A backup nobody checks isn't really a backup.
Staff access is limited by role, and read-only wherever reading is enough. Support doesn't need your client list to answer a billing question.
We scan our dependencies on a schedule, so a known vulnerability doesn't sit around unnoticed.
Our Privacy Policy, Terms and the list of services we use are all published, with versions. When something meaningful changes, we ask you to accept it.
