Yes. The term you pick changes the price and whether priority support is included. It never takes a feature away. An agent on monthly gets the same platform as an agent on two years.
Annual and two-year plans renew at the price you started on, for as long as you stay on them. It isn't an introductory rate that quietly goes up.
Yes. You can move between monthly, annual and two-year terms; changes take effect from your next billing period.
Yes. Refer an agent who becomes a paying customer and you earn credits toward free months, with more credit for longer terms. The conditions are written into our terms so there's nothing to argue about later.
